A peaceful family-friendly stay in Chang Mai

The customer Service was excellent, the staff always delivered above your expectations. The whole hotel was kept very clean at all times. It was a safe, family-friendly environment. The swimming pool was great, relaxing and took you away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We’d definite choose this place again.

Fantastic location within the old city, tucked away right off the Main Street where the Sunday night market is held. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. Everything felt very easy staying at Vieng Mantra, would definitely return and recommend this place.

Perfect location, beautiful hotel with clean rooms.

The location was fantastic, tucked away from the main street in a cute alley. Walking distance to many restaurants and the Sunday night market. The hotel and room were both clean and pleasant. We did not try the restaurant at all so cannot speak about it. Having a balcony attached to the room that overlooked the pool was awesome and was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

The mattress was very firm and the bathroom was a little tight when trying to use it at the same time as my partner.

Breakfast wasn’t included but the hotel provided what is normally enough for me to eat for breakfast so I was quite happy. The hotel is really charming and has a bit of the exotic touch that makes it very special with a cozy atmosphere. I loved it!!

It’s an excellent place to stay, really recommended.

The location is not far from airport. There are some shops, 7eleven, and restaurants nearby. The hotel is very nice, same as in the pictures. The front desk staff are very helpful and attentive, great hospitality. 5 stars for them

Internet in room is not really good, it comes and goes. And the room wall is not soundproof, you can hear noise from next room.

Great location, perfect room for a few days.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, not far from the moat, or city wall in Chiang Mai. Everything we wanted to do was walkable, including the famed night market, just a few blocks away.

We arrived earlier than check in, and the hotel didn't have a changing room or a place to shower. We were able to relax by the pool though!

Rooms were clean. Staff really friendly. Great location in the old town. Pool nice and cool. Lovely balcony bit to sit out on. Love chiang mai and would definitely come back here.
